WSI and layer source nodes

The viewer can capture a viewport, selected ROI, rectangle, bounded overview, or whole-slide input. It can also snapshot existing mask, probability, label, grayscale, and ROI layers for a job. Captured data is passed to the paired local companion as a bounded spatial input; a browser file handle is not converted into an operating-system path.
