Supported image formats

The browser file picker accepts one file. The current bundled OpenSlide WebAssembly reader lists Aperio SVS, tiled TIFF, Hamamatsu NDPI, brightfield Leica SCN, and Philips TIFF as supported single-file formats; actual decoding still depends on each file's internal encoding.

The current picker cannot provide the multiple files needed by DICOM WSI, VMS, MRXS, or Trestle TIF. Fluorescence-only SCN, VSI, BIF, CZI, and ZVI are listed as unsupported by this browser build; SVSLIDE has not been tested.
